We are a new group established in November 2008 set up by the Freeman Hospital and its patients.
We are here to help and support people in the North-East of England who suffer from common balance problems.
Meetings are held on the 4th Saturday every two months.
We get together to discuss and hear stories from other people who have similar inner ear balance problems.
Guest speakers are invited to help us understand and develop our balance system.
We encourage any proactive activities from the group that may help to strengthen our balance and knowledge.
